I rented this cabin in October 2024 for my parents and siblings just before I deployed. Location was perfect, amazing views, and the pond was a nice touch. I enjoyed my time there so much, that I booked again over the summer while deployed and am so glad I did. Jon was great to work with, was patient with my parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will book again.

Very nice cabin off the beaten path. Our kids had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and catching minnows and crawdads in the pond. We went for a hike at Government Springs Trailhead, which was perfect for the whole family. Really enjoyed this location. Do know that the cabin has two levels, with separate exterior entry doors. The upstairs has one room with a large bed, and another with bunk beds. The downstairs has one room with a large bed, and one with two twin beds. This is important to know if you are planning on putting kids in the bunk beds and twin beds. They will not be on the same level at night. This worked for us, but we did decide to have one parent sleep upstairs and the other downstairs to help the kids. Just something to know. Overall a great experience and great hosts.

Jon’s place was awesome! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware etc. The place is wonderful for kids to be able to run around, we would definitely stay again!

Jon's place was cozy and clean for our big family. We appreciated the games in the cupboard and especially the tree house in the yard. Everything was pristine clean and Jon responded to every question immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved staying at your beautiful cabin in the mountains.

We loved our stay in Greer. The kids loved catching crayfish in the pond out front. The location is peaceful and provided a great spot for everyone to hang out and relax. Jon was very friendly and communicated everything clearly to make our stay a smooth experience. The house is great in that it provides areas for everyone to gather or to separate and spend time alone or in different groups. We would definitely book again. Thanks Jon!

Jon's place was great and in a perfect location for a great family vacation. The two cabin arrangement worked well. Instead of putting the kids in the bunkhouse, it was a great escape for the grandparents! There was plenty of space inside and out. The property is an easy stroll to town. It was a joy to hike and fish in the beautiful White Mountains. We would love to return.

We loved this beautiful home in Greer and did not want to leave! We spent most of the time on the amazing deck and going for walks into town. Lovely, clean home with everything you need!

We will definitely be back! This was such a gem in the heart of Greer. Jon was absolutely incredible and responsive at every turn of the trip. We came upon zero issues and had a splendid time. The kids play area was a wonderful addition to the property and the acre gave so much space for my children to run wild and free. The cabin was so cozy and we are eager to return. Thanks Jon for opening your cabin to our family. Highly recommend!!

What a fabulous host!!!!!! We had a small hiccup, my misunderstanding & all handled perfectly! Beautiful property, tons of privacy, comfortable homes, yes we were able to stay in two separate places which was fantastic for the kids and us parents too :)

This was a great stay for our group of 8. It was beautiful, just like the photos! The space was perfect for us and very clean. It was a wonderful place and we felt right at home. We enjoyed walking from there and grilling on the back porch. Jon was very responsive, which we appreciated. We very much look forward to making this our stay next time we are in town.
